I was a Professional Land Surveyor for 35 years. I started flipping while working with an experienced flipper in Arizona. I wanted to start at the bottom, so I did the electrical, drywall, plumbing, roofing, demo, tile, as well as the finishing touches. I was investing during this time, so I got a good look at all phases of wholesaling, and fix and flip. I love it and want to keep going and do many more deals.
