About myself
I sold my database marketing business a few years ago and now my wife and I are focusing more on our real estate investments to generate income as well as capital appreciation. We are seeking to develop a long-term plan to continue to build our real estate portfolio, possibly focusing on underserved local multifamily rental submarkets. We are also interested in learning more about commercial properties (i.e., strip malls, pad sites, etc.) in addition to multi-family, and about wisely using leverage to boost our return on cash invested.
