Natosha Navarro

Natosha is the owner and CEO of ROCO Real Estate Solutions, LLC. Her company specializes in long term rentals, short-term rentals, flips, and mortgage notes. Prior to owning ROCO, Mrs. Navarro served our great nation in the Air Force for six years as an Acquisition manager and then went on to manage billions of dollars in government contracting over her 20 years in the field. Although she was in Corporate America, she bought her first home when she was 23 years old, rented out two of the three rooms, and was hooked on real estate investing from that day forward. She continued to work in the field owning a lease option company, flipping homes, wholesaling, and finally landing on investing in distressed mortgage notes. Natosha earned her BA in business and MA in Human Resource Management while serving in the Air Force. A passionate advocate for responsible investing, she is an in-demand speaker for events throughout the country.
