I became a real estate agent in July 2021, prior to and continuing since that day I manage our Plumbing & Heating (opened 2007) & Energy Code Compliance (opened 2016) companies, here in my hometown of Goodrich, Michigan, and I'm on the hunt for my first investment property. I also hold Michigan teaching and administrative licenses which benefits me in helping my clients because I am ALWAYS working to learn more and become better in my area of expertise, in order to know and understand anything that comes my way, or at very least know who to reach out to should I encounter something brand new to me. I've been an aspiring real estate investor for some time, but having some analysis paralysis and being quite picky about the properties I invest in, as well as not being fast enough for the properties I desire, has kept me from getting that first property in my portfolio, since I became a Realtor®, one of my goals is to be able to locate the properties to invest in faster and to assist other investors in finding the properties they seek to invest in. I believe that we each have our own unique expectations as to what we want to invest in, so while seeking my own properties I will be constantly analyzing those that come to market or those that haven't yet made it to market, giving me the ability to share those with any investors using my services, faster and with some analysis already reviewed. In addition to striving to find a way to ensure every client achieves their goal, I want to assist them in understanding the process they are going through, regardless of how unique or new it may be to my client or myself, a challenge won't dissuade me from taking on a client, and working to find a way to overcome whatever challenges they are facing. One of my favorite things about being a realtor is seeing the joy of my clients when they achieve their goal, whether it is buying or selling a property, helping them reach the closing table and walk away happy to start the next chapter of their lives is the best part. I am looking forward to meeting you and helping you reach the goals you have regarding homeownership. At the heart of my business is the effort I put into donations to local charities, random acts of kindness campaigns, partaking in and sponsoring community activities, supporting small businesses in and around our community, and delivering Meals on Wheels in neighboring Brandon Township. Building relationships and being an active asset in my community and those surrounding me that I serve is a major focus of mine.
