I'm an entrepreneur and real estate investor. I own a 55-employee telecommunications company that services over 800 customers nationwide. I've been investing in real estate since 2000. My past investments include single family rentals, spec houses, office, land, and small multifamily. Currently, I own 70 units across 2 apartment buildings and one mobile home park. I'm also a co-owner of Cadia Capital Group, a syndication company that specializes in investing in affordable housing in emerging markets for cash-flow, value-add, and longer term holds. We're specifically fond of mobile home parks.
