I am a loan officer at First Equity Funding. We are a private lender that specializes in real estate investment property loans. Our loan programs include DSCR, Fix n Flip/Holds, and Ground Up Construction. We finance 1-4 family, 5+ unit buildings, mixed-use buildings, and purchases of short-term rentals. We also do blanket loans and lend to foreign nationals.
