Trever Nicoll

Trever Nicoll is a licensed Idaho real estate agent and an Associate at Lee & Associates Idaho, LLC., a full-service commercial real estate brokerage and member of the Lee & Associates group of companies. Trever specializes in Multifamily, Self-Storage, and investments. He started his career at The Boeing Company in Seattle, where he held positions as a project manager, and real estate planner. He has spent the last few years managing a small real estate development firm focused on self-storage. Trever earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Indiana University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Facility & Property Management from Brigham Young University.
