Being involved in the home building and construction industry I have always been attracted to real estate. After renting for several years, I transitioned to a property owner in 2012. While researching properties, I learned how to analyze a deal and determine cash flow on single family homes and town homes. Now I am looking to grow my real estate portfolio and acquire additional rental income properties.
