I am a 26 year old civil engineer living in the Grand Rapids, Michigan area. My lovely wife is a speech pathologist and we recently bought our first home together. We are currently living below our means and saving as much as we can each month in order to get our student debt under control. Once our net worth is back in the black again we want to begin plugging our savings into real estate investments. I caught the real estate bug bad and I want to soak up as much about real estate investing as possible so I can start playing the game soon. I am a logical, outgoing, optimistic person. My hobbies include snowboarding, water sports, ultimate frisbee, and craft food and beer.
