Experience: In the past year I renovated and lived in a motor home 'off the grid' eliminating all cost associated with renting. This enabled me to save aggressively and purchase my first house. Currently: I am conducting a live-in rehab on a SFH (3 bed, 2 bath) in Sierra Vista, AZ. Over the next year I plan to house hack. After which, I will convert it into my first rental property. Goals: Over the next 12 months, I would like to purchase and rehab a multi-family in or around Sierra Vista using hard money lending. I want to learn a lot and learn it fast.
