Hi! My name is Jed. Im 26. I've been interested in real estate since high school. I failed at two college house deals in Spearfish, SD (House inspection fail on a church to 6 unit, then got beat out in another). After graduation in 2012, I closed my first live-in duplex in Rapid City, SD when I turned 23. Two years later while traveling with my best-friend we formed a partnership with my dad to purchase a duplex cash flowing property in Rapid City. Help! I currently live in Denver and am trying to get my head around whether this is a bubble or sustainable real estate market. I am trained in accounting and management. I ran in college and love to get to the mountains. I am passionate about learning and growing my portfolio as well as helping other in any way i can. Cheers!
