Hello my is Vern. I am a real estate investor who specializes in wholesaling for now. I look for low and high end properties ranging from single family units to multi-family units and even commercial property. I am looking to connect with real home cash buyers, licensed real estate agents, fix and flippers, buy and hold investors, commercial investors and more. I currently own B.U. Consulting & Holding LLC., currently HUBZone Certified and SDB , which specializes in helping aspiring and existing businesses and entrepreneurs to create and/or expand their business by implementing effective systems of management. My services range from initial business set up, basic website design, assisting companies with applying for government certifications (8a; Hubzone; DBE; etc.) who are seeking to land government bid contracts, assist companies with application and filing for 501c.3 tax exempt status and more. I am looking for an appropriate team of qualified individuals to assist me with closing deals, mentoring is included. I am serious and only wish to partner with serious people. I don't have the experience in real estate but I do have the drive, I am gaining the education, and I am willing this thing into existence as we speak, so please know that success is inevitable. With that said, I am a humble learner and am willing to assist others as well.
