My dear fellow BPer's, I am new to real estate investing (REI) and had been spending considerable amount of time doing my research/ educating myself (via bigger pockets, you tube real estate investors channels). It's been great to learn and getting started in REI and my focus are buy and hold rentals. Currently have few (6) student rentals in a College Town and most recently a duplex that we renovated and ready to rent in the Indy market. I am passionate about REI and would love to learn and share the knowledge during this journey.
