I was born and raised in Jackson Hole, Wy and began my commercial real estate career in 2015 with SVN High Desert Commercial in Idaho Falls, Idaho. I started practicing real estate investments in the residential sector in 2011. In addition to real estate at that time, I was a Commercial Fire Alarm Designer in the State of Wyoming. I specialize in Mobile Home parks and NNN investments in the South East Idaho region. I have closed over $11 million in transactions in 2018 and $21 million in the trailing two years. I received my CCIM designation for real estate in 2019; CCIM stands for Certified Commercial Investment Member. CCIM certified agents have confirmed they're knowledgable in the entire process of the transaction from tax implications, contract negotiation, and financial decisions. To qualify for CCIM eligibility, candidates must have a two-year minimum full-time Commercial Real Estate experience, minimum complete portfolio value of $10,000,000, and multiple letters of recommendations from peers and clients. Having been in many complex commercial real estate transactions, I have access to many contacts and networks that seek these types of investments. I can advertise these investments (signs, online, word of mouth, etc.) or I can complete discreet sales to keep neighbors and tenants from knowing about impending sales. My experience goes much more in-depth than the brokering of CRE Investments. In 2018 I acquired a Mobile Home Community in Southern Idaho with stabilization and value add strategy. In owning a commercial investment, not only do I understand the purchasing side of a transaction, but also the owners side of a sale and what work goes into that, after the purchase. I manage over 30 residential rentals and several Commercial office NNN leases. Additional notable transactions that I have participated in is Staples, Hub International, Edward Jones, Natural Grocer, Wendy’s corporate, Skidmore Development, DaVita Dialysis, Multifamily and Single family home developers.
