Originally, I was planning on becoming a pediatrician and realized that I didn't want to spend, give or take, 12 years in school. I wish the epiphany happened earlier before all that studying but the decision eventually distilled into me wanting to help as many people as I can in the most efficient way possible. Frankly, you need money to help people and Real Estate is my primary vehicle toward that goal. I'm a product of the "buy and hold" strategy as my parents are still pioneering RE investors. They've instilled in me the idea that no one is above working with their hands. As such, I enjoy the manipulation of something ugly into something beautiful but more importantly, livable. I'm into house flipping and am on that elusive quest of building my rental portfolio.
