I spent 10 years running a small business, which my partner and I sold several years ago. I am now looking to apply to my energy to learning about the real-estate business and finding the niche that best fits my skill set and my plans for the future. I became a Real Estate agent just over a year ago, as a way to fast track my knowledge of the Seattle market. Specifically, I wanted to sharpen my skills when it came to running comps, negotiating contracts and understanding the nuances of SFRs. For the last year i've been helping a real estate team at Keller Williams grow and we are consistently in the top 3 producers of our market center. I finished my 1st year with about 15 deals under my belt and I'm on track to double that in year 2.
