Warren Romig

I am 27 yrs old I work FT @ UPS as a Supervisor. Currently working 60 hrs a week, and manage 40 units at the same time. I own one rental house which has been cash flowing since day one. I am currently looking to purchase 30-100 units so I can quit the rat race and be a full time real estate investor. Update- currently 29, sold my property for double what I paid for it. Quit UPS after 10 years with them. Now working for Bear Property Development and loving everyday. Currently waiting on the sidelines for the market to tank and will jump all in when most are trying to pull out! Update- Moved down the Fort Myers, FL.
