I became a real estate investor out of convenience. I got a promotion with my job and needed to move out of state. I had just bought a house a few months earlier. When it came time to move, I was albe to get tenant in a week. Obviously this earlier success had a profoundly motivating effect on me. I'm now ready to make real estate investment my means to financial freedom!
