Hi I'm Mike! I am passionate about buildings and have worked as an Architect and General Contractor for 30yrs. I would consider myself a beginner in real estate, because as I'm still learn new things every day. I've owned my primary residence for over 20yrs and purchased my first SF LTR in 2018. Although I planned to do it sooner, I didn't purchased my second until late 2024. My goal is to buy SFR, MF & STR by 2028.
