I am both a licensed commercial real estate appraiser and salesperson working in Atlanta. In 2017, my family and I sold our highly successful industrial engineering firm in Atlanta and plan to use the proceeds to purchase "value-add" investment properties over the next few years. I am currently seeking an investment partner/mentor with experience rehabbing properties and implementing the BRRR method. I also have a strong interest in short term rental properties and various commercial property types.
