New to Real Estate
Easy going guy with a family that desperately wants to make Investing work for me. Experience: I have sold real estate and in the lending field as well when the market was good pre-recession. Real Estate Goals: I want to wholesale 3-5 properties per month and within 2 years enter the rehab and Income property arena. Currently Seeking: Cash Investors that are looking for properties in or around the Los Angeles County area.
