Hello! My fiance' Alexandra and myself are new to real-estate investing and BiggerPockets. I'm seeking recommendations for contractors, attorneys, property managers, handymen, and motivated realtors. I'm also seeking any learning opportunity I can get such as shadowing contractors on bids to better understand how to estimate a rehab or even being responsible for fetching coffee in exchange for learning the in's and out's of being a landlord or property manager.
