My name is will I'm 32, and have been living in sunny Florida since I moved from New York to escape the cold in 2012. I love the warm weather great beaches, and the views you can only get from Florida. I enjoy being outside whenever I can in my free time whether it's riding by bike, scooter, or something sports wise. I bought my first residential house when I was 27 in 2017. After I bought it I did something I didn't know had a particular term until years later by house hacking. I did that for years, but now I plan on doing an airbnb in the master. Then I also plan on now investing in more real estate by purchasing an investment property to airbnb.
