36M, Chiropractor, Currently house hacking a 4-plex near E.M.U. (Ypsilanti, MI) and purchased 10 rentals on land contract 4 months ago doing well on the Rehab/Refi process. Looking to pickup 10 doors/year so in 2 years can start doing real estate full-time with rental money to stoke the fire. Looking for serious people who aren't afraid of hard work to network/invest with. Must be serious about RE Investing.
