Will Maddox

Grew up in NW Arkansas, currently residing in Austin Tx. My passion for real estate started young. Born in '86, I've always been around real estate. My dad and mother both sold land in Arkansas through the 80's and 90's. It wasn't until I read 'Rich Dad, Poor Dad' in 2005, that I really started to pursue real estate myself. Just like most people that read that book, it truly inspired me and instilled the mindset of having my money work for me. From there, I knew that my path would be to own multiple rentals and eventually cashflow to retirement. After completing two years at the University of Arkansas, I decided it wasn't for me and wanted to pursue real estate, but it wasn't until 2012 until I bought my first home, a house hack in Austin, Tx. As of now, 2017, I am looking to dive deeper into buying multiple multi-family properties. Slow start, but now I am starting to gain some traction!
