Reside in Denver, CO, where we bought our first property. After some DIY renovations, we are house-hacking - renting the basement to cover >50% rent. Eventually plan to rent the entire building when we move on to our next property in the next 1-2 years. In the interim, we are starting the process of building a team in GR/Lansing MI for buy and hold properties. Hoping to purchase MFH's (<4 units), but are interested in good deals for SFH's as well. Looking to network with fellow Michigan investors, as well as find a great team I can build a mutually beneficial relationship with for years to come. Dog, nature, and beer lover!
