I am a real estate investor, marketing specialist, property manager based in Provo, Utah. I was born and grew up in Tokyo, Japan (speak fluent English & Japanese). My passion is in buy & hold rental property investing, business & personal development, designing, photography, filming, skiing, traveling and much more! Experience: I am a real estate investor, real estate marketing professional, property management staff based in Provo, Utah. My partner and I own a Fourplex (house hacking), a duplex (which soon after we flipped for 80% ROI) and a 3br condo in Utah county, a 4br townhome in Salt Lake County (Herriman), all brand new construction that are running around 6-7% cap rate. We have coached and helped many investors (of all sizes, experience, and both local and out-of-stare/country) with investment strategies, building a power team of local specialists (builder/developer, lender, tax, eviction attorney, contractor, property management, etc etc), finding and acquiring off-market multifamily properties in the "Silicon Slopes" proximity (Utah's rapidly growing tech boom phenomenon). Real Estate Goals: My goal for investing is to achieve early retirement and financial freedom to enjoy spending quality time with my family and helping others.
