Newbie on the block! I've always wanted to diversify my portfolio, invest for my retirement and kids college, and enjoy financial freedom. I've always heard real estate is a great investment and have now taken the steps to create a vision on where I want to go. I'm interested in building a portfolio using the BRRRR method, ideally working with MFH. I'm currently listening to BP podcasts and webinars, reading BP Blogs, reading books and analyzing deals. I read Rich Dad, Poor Dad and it shaped my perspective on building wealth. I'm a big proponent on networking and building a team, mentors and friends along the way.
