I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy and have been an aspiring investor in real estate for about 5 years. I worked weekends and extra hours to pay off student loans prior to investing in real estate. I own a Duplex in Grand Rapids, that I am house hacking living in one unit renting the other out, and currently saving, learning, and excited for the next thing to come.
