Contractor and currently invest in rental property in Northern California. Looking to expand my network to other investors, reputable wholesalers, lenders, non-traditional lenders, PM companies and rehab crews in the OH, IN and MO. I am located in California but will travel for weeks or months at a time to personally do deals, work with you and get things rolling. My REI strategy is BRRRR'ing MFR 1-4plex with personal, unborrowed cash for both closing and repairs. Open to SFR if the cash flow is there. Future goals: I very much look forward to maintaining my network and establishing partnerships for long-distance investment automation and partnership deals on larger complexes.
