Early 30's . Day job-Signals on the Railroad. I am interested in getting my second income property and building out my portfolio. I'd like to find a joint venture partner in the Greater Toronto area and Hamilton, Guelph or even Thunder Bay Ontario. I am a goals oriented person and would like to see my self add a buy rehab rent refinance deal within the next twelve months either on my own or better yet in a partnership with someone experienced in flips. I also am interested in apartment building investments.
