Rental Property Investor
I have lived in Hawaii for 15 years, and I love real estate. I know the island of Hawaii well. Am experienced in house hacking and adding (legal) rental units to SFR properties to increase value and add additional income streams. Recently completed a rehab to a fixer duplex that I plan to hold. Planning on picking up small multi-family or apartment buildings in specific sub-markets. Also investing in private equity funds and syndication deals.
