10/2018 Update: I now have my Broker license and have joined Gary Mann Team Up Real Estate. I did real estate closings as an escrow officer for a title company many years ago, and witnessed firsthand how investors put deals together to minimize risk and maximize profit. Now, retirement is less than a decade away and I don't feel confident about my future financial situation. I'm ready to put my lifelong interest in real estate investing into action and see what I can do to secure a better future. Experience: Currently getting ready to close on a fixer-upper bank-owned SFR here in Ephrata. Our first experience with an FHA 203k rehab loan. We plan to live in it for at least a year before turning it into a rental.
