Where Are The Untapped Seller Financed Mortgage Notes?

   I guess the county recorders office is the best location for untapped seller-financed notes. I've tried several mailing lists and other online postings which all seem to be wrung dry. I do love this business but i'm wondering if this business is in the Billions yearly where are  all these notes? Is it just restricted to those who have years upon years of experience, or maybe it's only for banks and insurance companies to enjoy?

27M dollar deal fell through before an interested investor even looked at the NPN tape because there were 2 Brokers involved why?, maybe im bias because i'm an honest broker but that is plain stupidy. What does it matter if there are 5 or 10 brokers involved?

Once you decide how much you are willing to pay for NPN tapes viewed no amount of brokers can change your bottom-line offer.

Anyway I had to Vent

IN NEED OF:

Careless Investors who want to purchase NPN notes between 1M - 50M verified the Broker i'm in contact with is direct with the seller and their law firm who get these tapes all the time.
