Did you get a tax credit when you bought your home in Agritopia?

Taxes are due April 18th -- don't forget to check and see if any of the tax credit you got when you bought in Agritopia requires a repayment.  Depending on what year you took the credit, you may owe a portion back.  Also, if you sold your home, you may owe the IRS, so check your records and talk to your accountant.  Find your new Agritopia home at Agritopia Homes.

It's great to walk to Joe's or bike to The Coffee Shop, but Agritopia living still requires a car.

With Ford's announcement this week that the all-electric Focus will join the Nissan Leaf and Chevy Volt, and the ever-rising cost of gas, home charging stations will soon become a necessity. To charge these cars (relatively) quickly, 220V service is required (same as for your range, heat pump and electric clothes dryer). Before you bring home that spiffy electric car, take a look at your garage and figure out where your charging station should be and get quotes from a qualified electrician. You might also consider changing your electric plan to a "time of use" option and do your charging at night with cheap kilowatts.   Contact me at TempeAgents.com
