I look forward to this new year, I believe if you think positive good things will happen. I truly saw what keeping positive can do, this year. I said in Jan 2008 it would be my best year, in the worst market, not setting myself up for failure, just being consistent and I had a fantastic year. I watched people around me leave the business and get low paying jobs, instead of putting their heads down and do what you need to do in Real Estate to make a good living. Well I know I am very excited about 2009.  I am working on putting a couple of bulk REO packages together. I have a great contact, and I should be closing in the first week of Jan, on 10 Million. If I can help anyone please let me know. No Intermediares just straight to the Sellers.

Good Morning,

Hello Everyone,

I have been in this crazy business for 10 years now and I still love it. I have been through a few cycles and never have I seen such buying oppotunites. But what I do see is everyone afraid to jump in, You can never make money if you don't buy on the down swing, I am selling reo properties to investors at at about 50 cents on the dollar. They are renting them out and in most cases covering their mortgage payments. Interest Rates just keep getting lower, What is everyone waiting for, I see it all the time people only move when everyone else moves, if you move before everyone else you will be ahead of the game and on your way to making money.
