Most Arizona communities are experiencing changes in real estate sales data.  The number of homes for sale is decreasing, thus the number of months' inventory - a figured derived by dividing the number of homes for sale by the number of homes sold per month in the past twelve months - is decreasing, and the median price of homes sold is slightly increasing each month.
