How would you do it?
I been researching REI for more than 2 years now. I have been reading books and searching the web. I am a Realtor in the Southern MA area. I have found B.P. my best source for REI knowledge. I have many ideas, but no concrete idea on how to get started.
Here is a list of things I do and don't have right now at my desposal.
I have: someone with over 5,000 available for escrow. I got someone with good credit.
I live in a place ( south MA) where deals are there to be had. Access to MLS. Time.
A active buyer.
Many bandit sign in and around me.
A wife a family whom support me.
A guy to create my marketing material.
Sales experience.
B.P.
I go understanding of the rules of REI.
I don't have:
My own money.
My own good credit.
REI Experience.
A mentor.
A nice car.
A BA in anything.
Where would you start in my situation? What more do I need to make deals. Should my first deal be wholesale, rehab n flip, or hold n rent. Where and how can I acquire what I don't have? Whats the meaning of life.
All answers will be greatly appreciate, even if you think I should stick to my day job. Anyone with the answer to the last question, please call me on my cell at (774-360-6644 ) Phillip Freeman
