Is the 3rd Time the Charm

Monday, January 19

I have been trying to put together a good wholesale deal. I would appreciate your feedback once again on this deal to see if I should pursue it. I would be interested to hear any constructive comments.

Area Location: Northeast Denver

Bedrooms: 2
Bathrooms 3
Two Levels
Style: Condo/Townhouse

Financial Information:
Comparables: $169.725
Assessors: $189,600
Bank of America $173,700
Average Rental $1050

I am hoping that this will be a quick wholesale deal

Breakthrough

Monday, January 05

Well, I am excited and yet a little scared.  Imagine a 50+ year old man scared.  That is not the way the media wants you to see me.  I guess it is better for me to say that is not the way I want to be seen.  I now am in control of two properties.  I would not say that these properties fall into the typical great deal category.  But I am of high hopes that they work out.  While one is a perfect rental place for a landlord with positive cash flow and equity in the range of 25k, I am hoping to find someone to take over before closing in a couple of weeks.  The second property has a buyer on it already but, after some misinformation (lies) he may not be able to get the loan to purchase from me.Enough of my "Bit***". I got my deals started.  I tell you it was a relief to get the first two started and have a great chance to complete them.  I would tell anyone that is getting started like me to "Just Do It".  It seems that every challenge that has come up so far, has found an answer.  If you are scared, worried or whatever, so what.  Act anyway. I plan to keep on putting more deals together so that I can earn as much money in Jan. as I did all of last year.

Twitter

Okay you marketing experts,

I have heard that twitter is a good place to market our properties.  How?  I guess my question is simple but the answer may not be.  How, do you market on twitter?
