I’m looking for an investor, I know currently the housing market is in shambles and property is at the lowest prices we have ever seen. I have over 20 years experience in every facet of construction. I am looking for someone who is willing to bring working capitol to the table for house rehabbing projects. I am currently employed as a Chief engineer for a retirement community and I am looking to stop punching the clock. I would be very interested in meeting and discussing current projects you may have or future projects you may be looking for someone to tackle.
