Thanks to the "Credit Crisis". We are swamped funding commercial land contracts and multifamily projects as panic sweeps the market.
Our Funders are fully engaged and borrowers are coming from everywhere.... Total madness!
What about the credit issue?
With CMSA underwriting, credit is not the issue. It's all about the property.
Clients won't be running to the banks. Their options are very limited “Now”!
Remember this. The credit crunch only will affect those that need "personal loans and personal guarantees"!
We have NOT required personal guarantees in over 10 years.
"CREDIT IS NOT AN ISSUE"
We have the loans and property values that are at an all time low and are everywhere.
Conditions couldn't be better if you had created them yourself...
The people losing their properties will be moving into apartments... and there is a national shortage of multi-family properties and plenty of "Non-Recourse" financing available.
Investors want to get any approval on anything in fear of the worst....
Soft and Hard money is available.....
