Surplus Funds, Overages, Excess Proceeds... Learn how

Many of you are familiar with Rick Dawson and his Overage course (if not, send me an email and I will provide you with a special link).

I've been in the niche market known as surplus funds, excess proceeds and overages (to name the most widely known names) for many years now.

Most people know about Tax Sale Overages, however, most don't know about the mortgage foreclosure overages and the opportunities that are there.

Well, I've just been asked by Rick Dawson to be a special guest on a call with him to speak about mortgage foreclosure overages and the amazing opportunities that exist from this side of the business which is relatively unknown.

Please join us....

Today, Wednesday, March 9th at 8:00pm (EST). Register here:

Join Rick and I as we answer the many questions of this unknown and misunderstood business.

I can also be found on Facebook for my company at . If you are interested in Surplus Funds, you should join and "like" it.

I can also be found on Facebook at

Let me know that you want to be a part of my Surplus Funds group (by invitation only).

Hope you're on the call!

  1. The course is active and Rick is actively doing this business and working with students. The correct information for support is http://www.deedgrabber.com/support 800-528-9149 or email [email protected]

  2. As far as I know, he is still in business and things are in operation. What email are you sending too?

  3. Have any idea if Rick Dawson is in business anymore (10/2012) as I purchased two websites with two programs and neither are operative. His e mails are returned as no longer in operation. I've written and called and still NO reply so now thinks he's closed shop but no warning notice. Little discouraged to say the least.
