  2. Uwe, Are you asking about the 6 rental properties for sale? the owner will hold the first for the purchase price of $354,730 for 15 years at 7.5 balloon payment in 6 years. with $ 24.000 down. the total monthly mortgage payment is $3,285 which covers taxes and insurance.
