We are looking for developers who have product on the ground that they can't sell due to market conditions. 

We have modified our most popular program to allow developers to pre-fund properties to make them execution ready for the end client. 

This means that the end client does not need to look for funding or qualify to get into a property!!! 

Imagine that -- a client not needing to obtain funding to move into a property.
