Writing my bio

It's the end of a really long week and I'm tasked with writing a one page biography of myself.  This is going to be posted on www.junkhouseriches.com with my picture for all the world to see.

Ahh...what to write?  My first instinct is to make it funny, make it entertaining, make it a joke.  My boss isn't receptive to that idea, so how do I balance the content?

 What do you want to know?  Any feedback is greatly appreciated!

Here's a copy of my first draft:

Brandi received a Master of Accounting degree with an emphasis in Tax from Weber State University in Ogden, Utah.  She worked in Public Accounting for a few years, and as the Tax Manager for Sportsman’s Warehouse for a few more, before becoming part of the crazy crew at Junk House Riches.

Brandi spent a few years completing the “Western Tour” – a nonprofessional activity with the goal of living in the most states in the shortest amount of time possible.  She enjoyed Montana, Nevada, Colorado and Oregon but she really loves Utah’s four seasons and all the outdoor activities along the Wasatch Front. 

Now that’s she done locating and relocating, she divides her free time between Continuing Professional Education,  traveling with her husband, and playing with her three beagles.

Brandi also teaches Accounting at the University of Phoenix, sits on the Board of Directors for two non-profit groups and is involved with several companies her husband owns.  And, when she's not running around like a Tasmanian Devil, she likes to read anything and everything, usually two books at a time.
