In need of some advise/direction

Hello to all, I am new to bigger pockets and was attracted to your site due to the wealth of knowledge so many of you possess.  I am also new in the commercial real estate industry.  I have 11yrs previous experience in residential, but have made the change because of what I see as being the next big waive in the foreclosure market.  It is unfortunate, yes, but reality. 

My question is this, can anyone advise me or point me in the right direction of who to contact in the commercial mortgage industry to become an approved broker to receive their commercial reo & foreclosure properties in the Atlanta, Georgia area.  I have had a bit of success in reaching the right person within some companies, but feel I could do better.  If anyone has experience in this area and can tell me who I should be asking for when making these calls, it would be much appreciated.
