So i have realized that there are a lot of people out there that don't know how to wholesale, structure the deal or know a true ARV. I DO!! I have wholesaled about 20 homes in the last year in the Denver Market. I am DESPERATE For houses. If someone does have good deals and knows what they are doing, please contact me ASAP.
