As your local and experienced L.A County Short Sale Expert I can help you learn what all your options are. If you fall into one of the categories listed below you might be a candidate for a Short Sale. There are multiple options which could include foreclosure, deed-in-lieu of foreclosure, loan modification, repayment plans, forbearance, bankruptcy as well as other available options.

Are you having a hard time making your mortgage payments? Are you late on our mortgage payments? Has your financial situation changed for the worse? Have you lost your job or has your income been reduced? Did your adjustable rate increase causing financial stress? Are you currently or have you recently been through a divorce or separation?
