You now can get a custom in california for .55 to .65 and in other states a lower per dollar price. You can get where you want, the type of properties you want it may be SFR in alabama, some hotels in New York and Chicago, storage facilities in florida, condo's in Miami, assisted living homes in utah, pick your types with zip codes and put it on the LOI, you can even say how much rehab you want, and properties wanted for instance A, B, C, D, picking REO'S you want won't last get them while you can.
