Although we purchase many notes for our own portfolios, it's impossible to purchase all of the types of notes in the geographic areas we are presented with during a given month.
As a result, we must also partner with both experienced private and institutional investors to purchase many of our real estate and business notes... and we are always looking to selectively expand our network with qualified end buyers.

We don't post anything on the internet and we only deal with select pre-screened investors. All of our investors sign Non-Circumvent/Non-Disclosure Agreements with us prior to receiving lists of your notes, which protects your interests and protects your privacy.
Posting notes on the internet floods the market and actually brings the value of your notes down. Presently, we can sell 1st and 2nd position, individual notes and portfolios up to $50 million. Our portfolio buyers pay some of the best prices in the country if the market is not flooded. We are looking for banks of all sizes including: institutional banks and smaller regional banks throughout the country to build relationships with. What are our investor requirements...
To qualify as one of our principal investors, we require the following:
- You have a minimum of two-years experience purchasing real estate or business notes.
- You have substantial liquid assets, either in cash, a self-directed IRA or other instrument, for funding within 3-4 weeks.
- You have the ability to do your own due diligence once we provide you with all of the required documents.
- You can close and underwrite your own transactions.
- You have the ability set-up your own property appraisals or BPO's
- You will not directly solicit our clients.
